Dr. Adrian G. Haymond is a native of Los Angeles, California. He has been married to Sister Marcy Haymond for thirty-six years; from this union they had a son, Christopher. In addition, the Lord has blessed the Haymonds with four beautiful daughters, named Layla, Elizabeth, Dosha and Bella. 

 

While at Peace Apostolic Church, Adrian first became an assistant teacher under Deacon Lendon Woods, and participated in the Contact Committee along with Ministers Levon Mitchell, Jr. and Bennett Howard; he was also an active member of the Baptismal Committee while helping Sister Haymond periodically with Children’s Church.  Eventually, he became Assistant Superintendent of the Sunday school department, and in 1993, assumed duties of Superintendent.   In 1994, the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World ordained him Elder. Elder Haymond also taught at AENON School of Theology and Bible College and received his doctorate from the school in June 2015.

 

After the passing of his beloved Pastor Bishop Swancy, Dr. Haymond continued to work in the Sunday school department until he and Elder Mitchell received a call from the Lord to begin work as Associate Pastor and Pastor, respectively, founding True Vision Apostolic Church, in Long Beach California. Currently, Dr. Haymond serves not only as Associate Pastor of True Vision, but was also appointed Dean of Aenon Bible College, West Coast (not affiliated with Aenon School of Theology) under Bishop Robert Douglas, Diocesan of the Central California District Council.  He has also written three books that other teachers and pastors have used in their studies. Today, Dr. Haymond’s primary objective is to train men and women for the work of the ministry to assist in edifying the body of Christ, that the church may mature in Jesus.
