A risk factor is anything that will increase your likelihood of getting the disease.
Although there is no way to prevent breast cancer, there are things you can do that may lower your chances.
The best option for early detection... Get Regular Screening Tests

See your healthcare provider if you notice any of these changes in your breast

Lump, hard knot or thickening inside the breast or underarm area

Swelling, warmth, redness or darkening of the breast

Change in the size or shape of the breast

Dimpling or puckering of the skin

Itchy, scaly sore or rash on the nipple

Pulling in your nipple or other parts of the breast

Nipple discharge that starts suddenly
